I have a 7 year old. I wish she could understand the amazing opportunities she has had because she is an only child. And, because we have lived in some of he most beautiful places in the world. She doesn’t understand. Not yet. So, she has tried for her first time to runaway. I can’t get the Bon Jovi “She’s a little runaway” lyric out of my head. I'm Back

Honestly, most of my blogging is on my MereOnAir FB page. But, I thought I would give a quick update. My baby just turned 7(sad face). We are in Tucson enjoying the monsoon season. And, we are about to go on a quick trip. We have been gone so much this year. But, traveling is fun and amazing! Here is my sweet girl. Her front 2 teeth are fully grown in. And, all the ones around it are not. She looks like a cute bunny.

Tucson has been a fun stop with great friends. We love our house and our adventures!

Balloon Fiesta

I have been in New Mexico for almost 2 year. Super fun. A LOT of work. A really great move. Getting ready for Balloon Fiesta this weekend! The absolute best part of being in NM. Well, that and the amazing TV and Film industry. I always see big movies being filmed. AND, I am always getting in trouble for sneaking onto the sets!

Balloon Fiesta is AMAZING. I jumped out of the basket the first time I was to go up in a hot air balloon. The 2nd time, I was held down. And, it was so great. We even did a splash and dash on the Rio Grande. Just 5 more days!!!

 

Oh Man...It's Been a Long Winter.

Did you know you can get Suri and your I-Phone to call you by any name you want??? All you do is hold down the button and say "Suri, can you call me $1000 Dollar Winner?" It works, try it yourself with any nickname!

Why $1000 Winner you ask?

As the sometimes nice weather starts to slowly appear, I have 1 question. How did my shorts shrink over the winter? Well, that meant an extreme 10 week, 6 days per week, kinda of pricey workout program. Luckily, the people in the class are pretty fun.  I am almost thru week 3. I assume it will take me all 10 weeks just to get me back to where I was before winter hit! Ugh. Some days it can be brutal. I think week 2 was super hard. This week is kind of flying by. And, each location has a $1000 winner for the 10-week program. If enough people signed up, they will have 1 female and 1 male winner. Therefore, I am using Suri to get me ready for my big prize when I win! I love a good positive affirmation.

BTW--I took a before class and after class pic the other day just so you can see what an Extreme Bodyshaping class can do to a girl. Pretty, I know. :)

As for Suri, when I now ask him my name, he says(bc I switched Suri to the male voice) "Your name is Meredith, but you asked me to call you THOUSAND DOLLAR WINNER because we are friends!" I absolutely love Apple. And, I even taught my Mom the Suri trick. She now set up my 73 year old Dad's phone to call him "Stud-Muffin Ralph". Just waiting for the day he recognizes it...
